Summer Solstice: Celebrate in Style with Sunburn

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, and the first day of summer. The holiday is a perfect opportunity for weekend-long celebrations, cookouts, picnics, and bonfires. Here are some tips to make your summer solstice event a success!

Planning Your Summer Solstice Event

Planning ahead is essential to throwing a successful summer solstice party. While you can’t control the weather, you can have a back-up plan in case of rain. A summer shower can put a damper on your barbecue, but it doesn’t have to ruin your good time. Prepare alternative activities like board games, card games or video games to keep everyone entertained while they wait out the storm.

If you’re planning an outdoor event, provide ample shade to keep your guests cool and comfortable. If possible, situate your activity area near water so that guests can easily enjoy a quick dip if they get too hot. Be sure to provide sunscreen for any outdoor events as well. It’s also important to make sure there’s enough parking for all of your guests. It’s a good idea to ask guests to carpool as well if possible since this will help reduce congestion at the

I love the summer solstice. It’s the longest day of the year and it means that summer is officially here! I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to celebrate.

So what exactly do I have in mind?

I’ve got a few ideas on how to commemorate this particular summer solstice. For starters, I think we should all eat ice cream cake because there’s nothing more fun than food shaped like other food.

Secondly, I think we should go swimming. Wait, no, not swimming—I hate getting my hair wet and nobody looks good in a bathing cap. Let’s go for a nice long walk by the beach instead! We can see the ocean without ever getting near it! Isn’t that exciting?!

Thirdly, let’s all get sunburned. That’ll be fun! And if you’re not sure how to get sunburned, don’t worry: I’m going to tell you all about it. First of all you should put on some sunscreen but not too much because then you won’t get burned at all and where’s the fun in that? Then you should find a nice sunny spot and sit there for awhile until your skin gets red and tender and hurts when you touch it. Best part: it

The summer solstice occurs in the Northern Hemisphere this June 21 at 12:04 EDT. The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, when we have the most daylight to enjoy. It’s a great time to get out and have some fun!

The National Institute of Health has a host of tips for preventing sunburn, including limiting exposure between 10am and 4pm, wearing protective clothing such as wide-brimmed hats and long sleeves, and using sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. However, if you’re planning on celebrating outdoors this summer solstice, here are some ways to commemorate this important occasion in style!

1. Backyard barbeques with friends and family are always a great way to celebrate the summer solstice. Try grilling corn, peaches, or eggplant for something different.

2. Why limit yourself to just grilling? Fire up your fireplace, hibachi grill, or fire pit for some good old-fashioned roasting smores!

3. Take advantage of all that sunlight by exploring your town! Visit local monuments and museums or catch a baseball game at the stadium nearby; it’s up to you how you want to enjoy this extra bit of time before sunset comes around again next week

The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, but it’s also the shortest night. On this day, friends and family gather to celebrate by spending time with one another and enjoying the warm weather. It’s a day we can all look forward to, because we get to spend time together in an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. It’s important to find ways to make this day special for ourselves, as well as for our loved ones.

One way to do this is by planning a party or other event around this special time of year. For example, if you’re looking for something fun to do with your kids, why not plan a cookout? You can grill some burgers, hot dogs, and corn on the cob while listening to music and playing games. Kids love these types of events because they get to spend time with their friends while doing something they enjoy. Another great idea is having a bonfire or campfire in your backyard with friends and family gathered around. This will give everyone an opportunity to mingle while roasting marshmallows or telling ghost stories.

If you’re looking for something fun that doesn’t involve food, consider throwing an outdoor concert in your backyard or neighborhood park. You could hire local musicians or even have your own band play

It’s summertime, and the sun is out! With all this sunshine, it’s important to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. These rays are not only responsible for sunburn, but also for cancerous melanoma. Cancer is no joke, so be sure to slather on that sunscreen!

For those of you who are already sunburned, take solace in knowing that the pain will soon subside. You can also try applying aloe vera or ice packs to your burn. Gentle exfoliation can help shed damaged skin, but be sure to avoid moisturizers with alcohol, as they can exacerbate your burn.

If you have a severe case of sunburn, contact your doctor immediately.
