We all know green tea is healthy and it helps with weight loss. But do you know how much you need to drink to lose weight? It’s only 2-3 cups a day!
Green tea is such a powerful anti-oxidant, it helps with almost every part of your body. It also works as an anti-depressant, and even helps build bone mass. Everyone should be drinking this daily!
If you are looking to drink a tea that will help you lose weight, as well as improve your overall health, then you should consider drinking green tea. Green tea is a very healthy and natural product that has many benefits. People have been drinking green tea for health reasons for thousands of years. It may seem like just another beverage, but there are actually many good reasons why you should drink green tea on a daily basis. Here are just some of the many benefits of drinking green tea:
1. The main benefit of drinking green tea is that it contains antioxidants, which can help protect your body against cancer and heart disease. This is especially important if you smoke or drink heavily, since these bad habits can cause oxidative stress in the body. Antioxidants neutralize these free radicals and can prevent cell damage from occurring in the body.
2. Green tea can also help boost your immune system, which means it can help reduce your risk of getting sick. This is especially important during the winter season when colds and flus are quite common.

The health benefits of green tea are well-known, but a new study shows that aloe vera gel combined with green tea can help fight cancer more effectively. The aloe vera gel and green tea combination, researchers say, is even more effective than taking either substance separately.
Researchers at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition found that using the two substances together increases their cancer-fighting power. The scientists added a green tea extract and an extract from Aloe barbadensis Miller (aloe vera) to human colon cancer cells in test tubes. They found that combining the two extracts produced an anti-cancer effect greater than either one alone.
“The results suggest that this may be a potential therapy for colorectal cancer,” said Dr. Shyam Biswal, associate professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s division of environmental health sciences and lead author of the study, which was published in April 2010 in the journal “Cancer Prevention Research.”
Green Tea is a health drink that has been around for over 4,000 years. It is made from the Camellia Sinensis plant. There are 3 main varieties of this plant: Chinese, Japanese and Assam. The difference between them is the way they are grown and processed.
Green Tea contains many antioxidants which have been shown to have health benefits for us humans. These include reducing cholesterol, preventing cancer and improving tooth and gum health. To get the maximum benefit from drinking Green Tea you need to brew it correctly.
The first thing you will need to do is place a teabag or teaspoon of loose leaf tea into a cup or mug. Next add water that has just reached boiling point – do not pour boiling water straight onto the leaves as this can cause them to burn and produce a bitter taste. Let the tea brew for 1-3 minutes depending on how strong you like it. Finally remove either the teabag or tea leaves before consuming your drink!

Hailed as the “elixir of life”, green tea is one of the healthiest drinks for people of all ages. It has a long list of benefits to offer, from being a natural fat burner (yes, that’s right! You can burn your fat naturally!), to being an immunity booster and also helping in weight loss. The great thing about green tea is that it can be consumed by people with various diet plans, such as vegans and people on a ketogenic diet. Of course, you must remember to check the ingredients of your green tea before buying.
There are many varieties of green tea available around the world. But the most common ones are Jasmine Green Tea and Matcha Green Tea. Green teas are different from black teas in that they contain more anti- oxidants than black teas. They are made by lightly steaming fresh tea leaves instead of allowing them to ferment. In addition, they contain more caffeine than black teas but less caffeine than coffee. Because of this fact, they have been known to provide boosts of energy without making you jittery like coffee does!

Green tea is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originated in China, but its production and manufacture has spread to other countries such as Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Kenya.
The fresh leaves are steamed rather than pan-fried like other teas, which helps prevent the oxidation process that produces the brown color and distinctive taste of black tea.

Several varieties of green tea exist, which differ substantially based on the variety of C. sinensis used, growing conditions, horticultural methods, production processing, and time of harvest. The content of flavonoids in a cup of green tea can vary from under 10 mg up to 1-3 g per serving.
Green tea has become popular due to its health benefits. Studies have shown that regular consumption of green tea may help with weight loss by increasing metabolism and fat burning. Also, it may reduce bad cholesterol levels in the blood, reduce the risk of cancer, improve mental alertness and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease or stroke.
